We all have fights with our nearest and dearest now and again....kissing and making up is the best part of an argument and makes the fight worthwhile.

According to reports, Jay Z and Solange were spotted shopping for jewelry together yesterday May 13 in NYC ― a week after elevator fight!. Looks like they've already reconciled. Kudos to Jay for being both classy and a bigger person.

Jay Z and Solange Knowles went looking for jewelry together Tuesday afternoon at a high-end NYC jewelry store ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources says Jay and Solange were in Mr. Flawless, where they were looking for women's jewelry for around 20 minutes.

We're told the pair showed no signs of strife, and looked at gems with Mr. Flawless himself. They looked, but tried nothing on. They left the store without buying anything.

Jay & Solange didn't talk much inside the store ... they pretty much just browsed quietly.

Pistorius sent for psychiatric tests over claims he is 'hyper vigilant'

First he mistook his girlfriend for an intruder, now he is 'hyper vigilant'.... I wonder what'll be next!

The judge at the Oscar Pistorius trial has reportedly ruled that the double-amputee will be sent for psychiatric evaluation after an expert said that he suffered from an anxiety disorder that gave him 'hyper-vigilance'.

Psychiatrist said that Pistorius' condition is linked to his disability and meant that he was prone to fight, rather than take flight, in the presence of perceived danger.

Judge said it would be preferable for him to undergo the evaluation and the court would hand down the details of the assessment on Tuesday.

The decision followed a request for a psychiatric evaluation by the chief prosecutor, Gerrie Nel, who suggested that the trial is not going well for Pistorius and that his lawyers are floating the idea that a disorder contributed to Steenkamp's shooting and that therefore Pistorius bears less responsibility for her death.

If Pistorius' condition is found to have played a role in the fatal shooting of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in his home on February 14, 2013, then he may escape a murder charge.

The video shows a child in the driveway on a bike in southwest Bakersfield when a stray dog came up and started attacking him. Then out of no where, the cat lunges at the dog and chased him away.

The incident could have been much worse if not for the cat... see the take down!

A few days back, TMZ reported that Jay Z and Solange were spotted shopping at Mr. Flawless jewelry shop in New York days after video footage of Beyoncé's younger sister allegedly attacking her brother-in-law in an elevator surfaced.

Talk show host, Wendy Williams said she personally spoke to the owner of the jewelry shop and he told her that the TMZ report was simply not true.

Mr. Flawless also told E! News that he had no idea where the story came from. The two were not there. It's absolutely false.

Are you a fan of VD? well, I'm not a fan of supernatural drama but I can watch this series the whole night. Guess who makes me stay up late? Damon Salvatore ...Oh! love his swag lol!

This reminds me of Prison Break when it first came out, I used to be a night owl.

Ok, so is Stefan dead for real?...sad!

There’s something about last season. Everyone feels older......Elena is much less of a Mary Sue.

I love spending time with Damon, he’s not so good looking but he’s empirically attractive.....and vibrant character.

Not to mention Jeremy, so cute! but I hardly see him.

Stefan and Elena, world-wearier and appreciative of each other but never again in love the way they were when they were kids.

The night Kennedy was elected and the death of Maggie is one of the more gorgeous and poignant scenes this show has done. I miss Maggie though...she was a kind, warm and engaging medical student.

5th season finale, “Home” will be out Today, May 15. In the video, Damon threatens Bonnie in reaction to Stefan’s death.

There’s a lot of skill and pride and the reason I can’t quit this.

Anyone with half-a-brain can see this is wrong on so many levels.

A pregnant 27-year-old Sudanese doctor, Mariam Yahia Ibrahim Ishag has been sentenced to death by hanging for 'apostasy' (the abandonment or renunciation of her religious faith) — after she married a Christian man. AP reports.

Ibrahim, who was born to a Muslim father but raised Orthodox Christian by her mother, was first sentenced on Sunday May 11, but she was given until Thursday May 15 to change her mind and convert back to Islam. However, she refused to do so..... maintained that she's a Christian and there's no going back.

Judge Abbas Mohammed Al-Khalifa:
We gave you three days to recant but you insist on not returning to Islam. I sentence you to be hanged to death.

Mariam:
I am a Christian and I never committed apostasy.

The judge also ordered her to be given 100 lashes for committing zina – adultery in Arabic — for having sexual relations with a non-Muslim man.

Defending the judgement of the Sudanese judge, Ahmed Bilal Osman, Sudan's information Minister, said such judgement is not only delivered in Sudan but also in other Islamic countries

It's not only Sudan. In Saudi Arabia, in all the Muslim countries, it is not allowed at all for a Muslim to change his/her religion.

The couple married in 2011, and have an 18-month-old child.

The death sentence will reportedly be carried out after Ibrahim gives birth (she is now eight-months pregnant)

Muslim women in Sudan are prohibited from marrying non-Muslims, though Muslim men can marry outside their faith. By law, children must follow their father's religion.

The following 21 nations treat apostasy under their criminal laws:

Sudan – illegal (death penalty)
Afghanistan – illegal (death penalty)
Egypt – illegal (3 years' imprisonment)
Iran – illegal (death penalty)
Jordan – illegal (fine, jail, child custody loss, marriage annulment)
Malaysia – illegal in five of 13 states (fine, imprisonment, and flogging)
Mauritania – illegal (death penalty if still apostate after 3 days)
Morocco – illegal (15 years' imprisonment)
Oman – legal in criminal code( but a father can lose custody of his child)
Pakistan – illegal (death penalty)
Qatar – illegal (death penalty)

Alexis Carter (16), a Baltimore high school student, was inspired by the Alexandre Vauthier jumpsuit that Rihanna wore to the 2010 Echo Awards and decided to wear a similar-looking winged outfit to her school prom.

When her classmates started posting images of her dress on social media, users started reposting the photo with the hashtag #PromBat.

Instead of showing support, the pop star posted two tweets about Carter’s outfit— one side-by-side photo of the teen and the Wu-Tang Clan's iconic bat-like logo...ouch!!

Apparently miss Carter didn't find it amusing:

Man banned from having more kids until he pays $100,000 in child support

A deadbeat dad has to make all reasonable efforts to avoid impregnating a woman....wink!

35-year-old Asim Taylor of Ohio (pictured left), has been barred from having more children unless he pays back $100,000 in child support payment.

Last year, Taylor pleaded guilty to failing to pay child support. The judge then ordered him not to impregnate more women until he proves that he is able to support the children he already has.

Taylor's lawyer has argued that the order violates his right to reproduce....haha, this is hilarious!

The sentence has been upheld.

Tit for tat!

The issue is not contentious, its the woman slapping a man that's bound to create controversy. If a woman slaps a man...she's brave, but if a man does, lands in jail......not fair, we're all human.

Whoopi Goldberg is known for speaking her mind – and earlier this week on The View, the co-host shared her honest thoughts on the Solange and Jay Z fiasco.

In a clip from Tuesday's episode, Whoopi said Jay would have been within his rights to slug Solange back for hitting him.

I think Solange was quite ready for him to do whatever he was going to do. This is the thing: If anybody hits you, you have the right – I know that many people are raised in a very different way – but if a woman hits you, to me, you have the right to hit her back.

And when Barbara Walters asked her if it was OK for a man to hit a woman, Goldberg replied:

"If I slap a man, he has every right to slap me back. Every right."

Everyone involved with the school was convinced she was a teen...best friend in shock

A 34-year-old Texas woman was arrested Monday night after she enrolled in the high school pretending to be a 15-year-old orphan.

The woman, whose real name is Charity Ann Johnson pretended to be a high school sophomore for 7 months fooling teachers, classmates and even the woman who took her in.

Miss Johnson enrolled as a sophomore last October under the name "Charity Stevens."

According to the guardian, she acted like a kid. She did her homework. She got good report cards.

She even kept up a presence on social media. She posed for selfies and posted snapshots of friendship bracelets and Hello Kitty on Instagram and Twitter .....all things that wouldn't be out of place on a high school student’s account.

Tamica Lincoln was dumbfounded. Johnson lived with her after convincing her she had been abused as a child and lost both her parents.

Lincoln had been Johnson’s caregiver since March. The two met while working at McDonald's.

The 30-year-old Longview resident brought the suspected con artist four years her senior into her home 'as a child,' bought her clothes and did her hair.

Johnson’s web of lies began unraveling when Lincoln got a call from the head of a group that helps children in need, which the 34-year-old had allegedly tried to join. The woman told Lincoln that she ran a background check on 'Charity Stevens,' which provided more questions than answers.

Lincoln started looking into it .She contacted the manager that works at that McDonald’s where both she and Johnson worked. He pulled up the file and the date of birth was 1979. The name was Charity Johnson.

Johnson was arrested late Monday after Lincoln called the police and was charged with failure to show identification, is being held in Jail on a $500 bond.

It’s not clear why Charity Anne Johnson enrolled at the school as 15-year-old Charity Stevens. More photos of her below

Beyonce and Jay Z are known to not respond to gossip or speculations in the media but I guess this time it's too serious to ignore.

The trio just released an exclusive statement to AP addressing the elevator fiasco that took place at a Met Gala after party last week.

As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it.

Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family.

The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false. At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.

Maturity at it's best!...no too much information. I love Jay.

Meanwhile, The Standard Hotel, New York announced that it has discovered and fired the person behind the leak of the tape.

The hotel said the person had been terminated for "breaching the security polices of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video.

Cynthia Uwak is a Nigerian football striker who currently is playing for PK-35 for PK-35 Vantaa in the Women's League in Finland.

The 27-year-old previously played for Olympic Lyonnaise in France and FC Saarbrücken in the Women's Bundesliga in Germany.
