DIY – Homemade brown scrub recipe
Body scrubs are great! They leave skin feeling fresh and smooth as well as healthy and glowing by exfoliating off old layers of dead skin. (They are also a must before applying sunless tanner or getting a spray tan.) However, sometimes you just don’t have the money to buy one or just don’t have one on hand to use when you need a good scrub. No worries….you can make your own body scrub using ingredients that you most likely already have stashed in your kitchen pantry. Below is one of body scrub recipes that I have found while scouring the web….enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup course brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients; mix well
- Apply to body and massage into skin
- Rinse
Just remember the consistency of your scrub should be not too oily/runny but it also shouldn't be dry/crumbly. Also, you can always adjust any of these recipes to better suit your needs and preferences. If your scrub is too oily/runny just add some more sugar or salt. If your scrub is too dry, add some more oil.

Girl gang members beat up man's girlfriend, shaved her head and wrote 'I got my a*** whooped' on her face
A teen in Ohio says she was ambushed by six women who took turns brutally beating her on Christmas Eve — then spread photos and videos of the attack on social media to humiliate her.
Cheyanne Willis (19) says her then boyfriend, Quincy Gardner drove to a parking lot of a suburban Cincinnati mall where she was ambushed by six women.
The group was waiting for her and allegedly took turns kicking and beating Willis, shaving her head and writing on her face 'I got my a** whopped' on her forehead and signed their names.
Attacker Cheyenne Fisher said she had loaned her car to Willis her Chevrolet Impala 'back and forth from work', but that Willis had not returned it for a month and was avoiding Fisher's texts.
The incident remains under investigation. However, Fisher (21) and Gardner (20) have been charged with robbery for allegedly taking Willis' purse with $50 and her cellphone. They also ripped up her driver's license. More photos when you continue....
