Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were reportedly already engaged before his over-the-top proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
According to Radar Online, Mr. West already popped the question to Kim as she was spotted with her engagement ring, a full week before the next episode when she actually gets engaged.
The 'realness' of the show is questionable ― many people don't think there is anything real about the show at all.
Fake scenes are edited to make the viewer believe what producers want them to.
Frankly the proposal was planned. I watched the episode titled A Surprise Engagement Pt. 2 ....for real!, Kim didn't seem very surprised.....she was acting like she knew.
