The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actor's wife filed court documents yesterday April 22nd in L.A. County Superior Court. The couple tied the knot in 1994 after meeting in high school and have three children together.
According to TMZ, Sara wants joint legal and physical custody of their children and child support will be determined at a later date.
