This 25-year-old was once named Max but he is now known as Xiahn after he underwent more than 10 surgical operations—which cost him around $3,100 to look remarkably like a natural-born South Korean man.
Xiahn has a love for 'K-pop' and Korean dramas and became obsessed with looking like the locals during his time as an exchange student in South Korea.
