Wema Sepetu's new tatt....hot or shoddy?

First she bleached her skin beyond belief and lizard tattoo in solid green ink on her neck. ,now Chinese tat on the back of her neck just below the hairline....mmh!
Cough! Cough![Clearing my throat] uum! dont get me wrong but I'm not into tattoos,especially Lizard,not a main stream tattoo choice.
