There is a lot of cut and thrust on the floor of Parliament's debating chamber, but there are rules about what can and cannot be said. Members of Parliament may not use abusive language , personal reflections,insults or swear words.(you would be surprised how many MPs do!)

MP Peter Serukamba used the word ''F* ck you' during the debate in Dodoma.Surprisingly!... No further action taken accordingly,he should be banned and warned for using swear words.
