    If this is true, then let me die poor!

    I stumbled upon this sad story on omogist website and I thought I should share with you. Us ladies love to be showered with expensive things and go to exotic places for weekend getaways and vacations, but we need to set limits and establish clear boundaries....learn to say NO!.

    Karo picture above (her surname not given) was a business admin part time student of a Federal University, before her death. She was one of the happening babes in town, even though she likes doing her things in her own way.

    In fact, a lot of her course mates don't know her because she was quiet and she doesn't talk to anyone in her class. She's from Delta State; her father is late while her mother stays in the village.

    A Source gathered that, she is from a poor back ground, but she struggled to make ends meet and to also send her younger ones to school, through the money she got from her many male friends.

    Karo stayed with her friend in a duplex around Garki, and she drove a Toyota car, before she met a guy who changed her life completely.

    One of Karo’s friends revealed to us how she confessed to her before she breathed her last about 2 months ago.

    Karo reportedly met the America based guy in one restaurant in Abuja.

    Kelvin spoilt her silly with money and gift; he even bought for her, an exotic car and promised to marry her. She was very happy that she has finally met the man of her dream, especially considering the fact that the guy also hails from the same place with her.

    Few weeks after Karo met Kelvin, she started spending almost every day with him.

    Kelvin spent 6 weeks in Nigeria before going back to the United States; he even gave Karo an engagement ring that she flaunts before her friends.

    Karo kept most of the things she shared with Kelvin to herself until she fell ill and went to about 3 hospitals, where she was told there was nothing wrong with her.

    One of her friends who stayed with her, later took her to a white garment church in Nyanya, a suburb of Abuja.

    The Prophet, we gathered saw vision about her predicament and advised Karo to confess what has happened to her or else she will die, initially she didn't want to talk but after much persuasion from her friends, she did.

    She said, Kelvin likes adventure, so he suggested they should do some nasty things. She said Kelvin had a horse he cherishes, and he suggested she sleeps with the horse while he watches her, she said she didn't want to do it, but later she had s3x with the horse, her friend further revealed that, Karo was angry after the s3x with horse show, but Kelvin begged her and gave her a car key (hummer Jeep), assuring her nothing will happen to her.

    Kelvin left the country the following day, and promised to start processing her papers to come to the United States once he gets back to U.S.

    Karo's friend and the prophet called the guy but the number didn't exist.

    They also asked her for the address of Kelvin's house in Abuja but they didn't get the address she described.

    The Prophet advised she should be taking back home while she beg God to save her, because she has been used for rituals.

    Karo died few days later.

    Some of you might not know this, but the Sudanese woman, Meriam Ibrahim who held in prison and sentenced to death for abandoning her for Islamic faith for Christianity, was actually turned in to the authorities by her own family members.

    Her older brother (pictured above) spoke with CNN today and said if she refuses to convert back to Islam, she should be executed. The things written on the photos are his exact words. 

    When the CNN reporter said, "but this is your own sister..your sister", he replied:
    But why would I indulge my humanity, my emotions, and incur the wrath of my Lord?

    If she dies we will have enforced Go's word. A responsibility we will be judged on judgement day.

    Karrueche leads blindfolded Chris to his surprise party...

    After spending nearly four months behind bars for violating his probation, Chris Brown was released early this week, June 2nd.

    His seemingly on-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran and close friends threw him a surprise welcome back party to celebrate his freedom and belated birthday which was on May 9 when he was still in jail.

    It was star studded evening that had Big Sean, Tyga, T-Pain, Amber Rose, Akon and Lil Romeo in attendance.

    Prison food went down well!.....he looks better, chubbier than ever.

    4. No talking during the game, wait for half-time or end of the game.

    5. Repeats and highlights are as good as the main match, so I'm gonna watch them too.

    6. We can see movies/home video (no Telemundo and African Magic) provided actors and actresses are wearing soccer jerseys and they are in Brazil.

    7. You don't just pass in front of the TV if am watching any match, you better freeze where you are or crawl on the floor.

    8. Make sure you don't ask silly questions such as; "is this Chelsea versus England?"

    9. No funny faces to my friends when they come to watch a match with me.

    10. Smile every time EXCEPT when my team is Losing, OR ELSE!!!

    The four-acre estate centers on a country French chateau reached by a winding driveway. A cobblestone motor court and a moat/koi pond add an old world ambience to the mansion, which was designed by architect Richard Landry and was owned by Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's LA fortress mansion

    Clad in limestone, the house features reclaimed ceiling beams, salvaged tile and antique doors. The 18,298 square feet of living space includes a center hall, a den, a library/study, a gym, a sauna, five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, loggias, covered terraces, balconies and garage space. There are seven fireplaces.

    Africa’s most popular reality TV show Big Brother is back. This year, Rwanda will participate in the show which will have representatives from 14 countries eyeing $300,000 (Rwf 210 million) up for grabs. Rwanda will take the place of Angola in the 9th season which starts on September 7, 2014.

    The show delusions usually starts in May but its not clear what has caused delay.

    The famous reality TV show initially involved 12 countries within Africa (Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia & Zimbabwe) with two countries (Ethiopia and Mozambique) being added in season 4 and two other countries (Liberia and Sierra Leone) being added in season 7.

    Each country provides a contestant living in an isolated house while trying to avoid being evicted by viewers and ultimately winning a large cash prize at the end of the show.

    Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan was critically injured in a horrific 6-vehicle pileup early Saturday morning in New Jersey Turnpike, hours after performing a standup routine at a show in Delaware, and is now fighting for his life.

    Reports say Morgan was riding in a limo bus on the NJ Turnpike after a concert when it was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer.

    Tracy's limo overturned in the wreck. One person in the limo was killed, and three others are in critical condition, including the former "SNL" and "30 Rock"star.

    Police say 2 tractor-trailers, 2 cars, an SUV and the limo bus were involved in the chain collision -- and, at this point, they do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

    Tracy was on his way home from a tour date when the crash occurred.

    My prayers are with him!

    • Saw this on my fellow blogger's blog lazywrita and had to share it.

    Stare at this black and white wheel long enough and you may see a colour appear out of nowhere.

    But incredibly, different people see different colours -and some may not see anything at all.

    The wheel is called Benham's top and it creates an illusion of colour when black and white patterns rapidly change.

    I feel like my head is spinning now after staring the wheel for sometime. Well, I only spot black, white and combat colors.....What do you see?

  • 06/13/14--00:56: 2014 World cup kickoff

    • The 2014 World cup began this evening June 12 with a colorful opening ceremony at the Arena de Sao Paulo in Brazil that reportedly cost around $4.5million to put together.

    International music stars, Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull were joined on stage by Brazilian pop-star Claudia Leitte to perform the official World Cup song 'We Are One (Ola Ola)'.

    The ceremony was followed by the opening match of the tournament - hosts Brazil vs Croatia. The match ended 3-1 in favour of Brazil.

    Beautiful people of Solomon Islands -  possess the darkest skin, many of them have blond hair and blue eyes, something that has puzzled scientists for years.

    The people of the Solomon Islands have their own gene that makes their hair blonde and it is not connected to Europe in any way.

    Initially, it was assumed that their blond hair was passed on from European traders who were in the region centuries before. 

    According to researchers the human characteristic of blond hair arose independently in equatorial Oceania. Others believe that the people of Solomon's Islands golden hair is as a result of bleaching by sun and saltwater, a diet rich in fish, slavery and the genetic legacy of Europeans or Americans. 

    Geneticists have tried to solve this riddle through various studies and research. The question still remains, Is it as a result of European influence that makes them blond? Do they all come from one gene.....?
