Topless protesters staged demonstrations near mosques to express support for embattled FEMEN activist Amina Tyler.

Tunisian student Amina Tyler sparked a massive controversy in mid-March by posting topless photos of herself on Facebook, with the slogans "F*ck Your Morals" and "My Body Belongs To Me, And Is Not The Source Of Anyone’s Honor," painted on her body.Islamist hackers responded with an attack on FEMEN's Tunisian Facebook Fan Page, replacing topless photos with quotes from the Quran. An Islamic preacher even stated that Tyler could be stoned for her act of defiance.
In support of Tyler's plight, FEMEN labeled April 4 "International Topless Jihad Day" and organized protests across Europe.

Reebok drops Rick Ross after date rape lyric controversy
Athletic wear company Reebok has officially dropped Rick Ross as the face of Reebok Classic in the wake of controversy over lyrics he boasted about drugging and raping a woman.

Rape survivors and women right groups launched a petition and media campaign asking Reebok to drop the rapper, despite his many apologies. Reebok released a statement today saying:
Reebok holds our partners to a high standard, and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so.
While we do not believe that Rick Ross condones sexual assault, we are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse.

A woman threw her young child down to fight another woman who she felt was disrespecting her in front of her baby.The incident is reported to have taken place on a bus in Connecticut.The two women were arguing over a relationship a relative of the mother had with the other woman's boyfriend.

New Music: Psy Releases New Single “Gentleman” [LISTEN & DOWNLOAD]
South Korean Rapper, Psy has released a new single titled“Gentleman”and is hoping to repeat the success of its predecessor "Gangnam Style" which has made him the biggest star to emerge from the growing K-pop music scene.
As usual,the song, with a techno beat, is full of puns in Korean and contains the lines "I am a party mafia!" and the refrain, "I am a mother father gentleman".

Secretly-married priest jailed for sex assault
A secretly-married priest has been jailed for six months for sexually assaulting a teenage girl, in what a judge described as an "enormous breach of trust".
William Finnegan,known to his parishioners as Father Bill,"passionately" kissed the 17-year-old and touched her bottom at St Clare's Roman Catholic Church in Fagley, Bradford last Easter.

The disclosure of his relationship came after Ms Dawson was called by the court to give evidence.
Finnegan, 60, remains "in denial" about the offence, argued he had 'active sex life' and would not assault a girl.
The victim said she has been left feeling "frightened" and "extremely vulnerable".In an impact statement read out in court, she said: "
'Father Bill' was my priest, who I trusted and someone who was supposed to guide me through my faith, and this has all been taken from me. I've not felt able to go to my family church because I can’t cope with the animosity.’
One of the main issues that's affected me is Father Bill could lie and put me through a trial. Why did he do that? He is supposed to be a man of God.
Finnegan voluntarily stopped working as a priest after being charged and the Catholic Church says his career is over [he'll not be able to return to the priesthood.]
Bishop Roche withdrew his priestly faculties. In light of this conviction and his entering into civil marriage he will be unable to return to priestly ministry.
The judge also criticized some of Finnegan's parishioners who defiantly stood by their former priest, supporting him despite his conviction, and shunning the young victim.
The former Catholic priest who shirked his vow of celibacy by secretly marrying Beverley Dawson in 1999,kissed in front of photographers as they arrived at Bradford Crown Court.
It stressed that he has stepped down from his role and will never be allowed to be a priest again.

Tanzania receives NOK 700 million from Norway for rural Electrification!

Tanzania receives NOK 700 million [approx.200 billion TZs] from Norway in a four-year period in a move to give grid electricity to populations in rural areas countrywide.
Speaking on the agreement, Minister of International Development Heikki Eidsvoll Holmås said,access to electricity is essential for reducing poverty and generating economic growth. Providing electricity in rural areas is a way of giving the majority of the population in Tanzania the freedom to choose not to use paraffin, diesel and other less reliable energy sources that are damaging to health.Mr Holmås and Tanzanian Minister of Energy and Minerals Sospeter Muhongo signed the agreement in Oslo on 9 April. Both of them were taking part in the High Level Meeting on Energy and the Post-2015 Development Agenda.
In Tanzania, eight out of ten people live in rural areas. Of these people, only 6 % have access to modern forms of energy. Increasing access to energy will take many years and will require substantial public subsidies.The fund will be managed by the Rural Energy Agency (REA).
Tanzania’s aim is to increase the percentage of the population that has access to electricity from 14.5 % to 30 % on a national basis, and from 6.5 % to 15 % in rural areas, by 2025.
Mr Holmås and Tanzanian Minister of Energy and Minerals Sospeter Muhongo sign the agreement in Oslo.
